Built and modernized an internal digital signage platform, from reusable frontend components to persistent layouts and deployment on AWS.

Migrated 120+ components across three major Mantine versions; reduced bundle size by 25% and build times by 15%.
Built a drag-and-drop layout editor with PostgreSQL persistence and role-based editing permissions.
Deployed the platform across 14 regional campus sites.
